Confidence can be easier to find when children have a reminder of what makes them strong.
My Confidence Shield invites kids to reflect on their strengths, accomplishments and the qualities they appreciate about themselves. Once finished, they can keep their shield somewhere visible and return to it whenever they need encouragement.
